Adult and Jr Winter Training programs are available for recreational purposes and to prepare those planning on competing in one or more Winter Regattas. Practices will focus on improving rowing technique and efficiency, as well as developing and building all areas of mental and physical fitness. Those who enroll in the program are encouraged to complete 3 ergometer workouts per week as detailed by our Rowing Coaches. Saturday and Sunday morning training are coached sessions focusing on technique, form and strength training (one per week). Weekday sessions are un-coached but workout plans are provided.
